A towing company dropped my car during a tow and did damage. ARe they required to give me their insurance information? (I am in Illinois)

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Yes, because it is still an accident. If they don't give you their insurance for one reason or another, submit the full cost of repair to them to pay.

Whether their insurance company pays or they directly pay, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE.
