What is the name of your state? Virginia

I have posted before so please excuse me for not posting off my originals. The father of David has custody of my nephew. He just moved a few cities away and got the child visitation schedule changed that he has to bring David to a meeting point in my sisters area. The schedule says my sister has him from 3pm Friday till 5pm Sunday. Well because of school he wants to change the schedule that she gives gets him at 11pm on Friday (not a 7 hour drive) and will get 1 extra hour on Sunday without any other compensation or time in the summer. They were just in mediation 2 weeks ago. Can he do that? Or can my sister fight him for contempt. He was mad because in mediation he was told since he was the one moving he would have to bring David to my sister (about 45 minutes away) and not have her drive to get him.

Excuse me for not looking them up either .

I don't know nothing . Szults ( SP ) ..

I was asking a slightly different question so I didn't attatch it to my other posts. If you needed more to answer the question of does he have the right to change visitation according to him or try to change jurisdiction as he never tells my sister the court dates and "accidentaly" leaves off a number on her address (house or zip code) she is haveing a hard time with the games he is playing.

Simple question based on what I have posted in THIS post does he have a right to change visistation to what he wants? Since his ultimate goal is no visitation?

No, the Court is the only forum in which to " modify " a Courts' Orders .

what if he tries to file it where he moved to and gives incomplete/inaccurate info from my sister as he has done repeatedly in the past.

Why don't you search for your other post , and post them here ?

We have no clue what you are talking about ..

I ment if he tries to get the custody order changed in his jurisdiction and doesn't provide my sisters accurate address therefore she can't find out about the court date. Can he change jurisdictions?

Then she states that it should be dismissed based on lack of service and if a judgment is made she appeals based on lack of service.
