Well, I personally have a problem with them having that info, so I will take care of that civilly then....
Please understand that the actual birth certificate belongs to your parents, not you. You can fight for the social security card if you want, but there's no way you can make them "unremember" your number if they have it memorized, or if they have it recorded. Your quest to have that specific card is a bit like spitting in to the wind.

I just want her name off the account, even though the money was a gift to minor, she had to have it on there.
She would have to agree to it, as she is named as a co-owner.

It's not her account too, she has the password to see if I spend money, which I only spend ~ $50 dollars a year for Christmas and birthday gifts for my parents.
You stated above that her name is on the account along with yours. Generally, that means that she's considered to be an owner on the account. Did you mean something different?

And you don't go to my school, but I guess I could make some BS up about getting hacked at the end of February. School doesn't do changes cause they don't like to get into drama.
No, but I'm an adult who has (as an adult) been dealing with high schools since you were an infant. Your attitude is definitely that of a teenager.

Thank you, that helps.

Also, another question set that I just thought of.

1. What about my legal documents.
Do you mean things like your birth certificate, social security card or driver's license? If your parents won't give you the copies they have, you will have to get your own copies. You will have to show some sort of ID to do so.

2. The money I have is an account with my mom's name and my name on it. Can my parents take that?
Your mom could since her name is on the account. It might be wise to take the money out and put it in an account with just your name on it.

3. What about my online accounts?
What kind of accounts are you talking about and whose name is on them now?

You do not get to decide if they have your birth certificate or not. Same goes for the SS card. It's not your choice and the law is not going to tell them they have to surrender them to you. If the law gets involved at all, it will be to tell you to get your fanny over to City Hall/the SSA and apply for copies.
