1) I didn't like the negative replies given at me because of users giving bad advice to just quit and move on when it's a serious matter that a college has violated.

2) Post was detailed as I would go to any lawyer reading serious case. It's not my fault I forgot to read the rules.

This is what seems to be pooping up multiple times as the problem. You don't know/don't read/don't like the rules. You would fair much better in life if you knew the rules before you did something that violated the rules.

There was no conviction. You didn't go to court and were not charged. You had a student make a complaint against you, I'm guessing, and the school found the complaint to be worthy of investigation.



What do YOU BELIEVE is the reason she filed a complaint? Why do you think this case came about?



Did you read the student handbook PRIOR to the hearing? Because you are expected to know what your rights are going in, not guessing and messing it up and complaining after.



Did you mention this IMMEDIATELY to the person writing the letter, or was it your fault the letter didn't get to you? Did you not get your mail.



Did you expect the school to provide you a public defender? This wasn't a criminal case.

1) I strongly believe the accuser filed against me because of her ill judgement impressions from me. The only thing I can assume how this case came about would be based on the current state she is in or because of my gender.

2)This is the reasoning I was talking about. My first post had all the necessary information for those type of questions. I could go ahead and post it, but of course I'm going to get the "please put it in 100" words comments.

You don't know the meaning of bias. And I haven't done anything haggling to you. I have asked you questions that pertain and you aren't answering them. So if you keep coming back here to complain, and not to fix your problem, then what are you getting out of this?

ANY lawyer would take your case if you had money to hand them. Well, I take that back, many wouldn't because they couldn't help you. You already seem to have been handled by the system at the college, and they expelled you. You know, that isn't easy to just EXPEL someone. There is a lot of procedures they had to follow to do that.
