I'm sure every child that does a crime and gets caught for it thinks that the ordered restitution is just too much to have to pay.

Courts often will work out payment arrangements to fit a person's budget or offer an alternative to paying a fine or fees, like performing X number of hours of community service.

Then again some states take failure to perform as ordered to be contempt and may give some jail time to think about it ...

It is unlikely that someone will be jailed over an inability to pay.

A few facts might be nice, though. Dakins has not returned to provide any as of yet.
