Underearning?

Just my way of telling posters that there really is no comparing state law vs. another state's laws. It's totally nice that someone from another state is helpful, but in the end...it's just noise and upsets the pets.

Mostly, I'm tired and punchy today! And, believe it or not, the fault is that of....my pets. Why am I not surprised??

Aw, I'm the one who should be sorry, because you had to ask for the explanation and you have such a pleasant attitude. There are many jerks around and you have not been one at all. Time for caffeine!
