My husband was promoted at work. He works for a union company. When he got promoted it placed him in a different union, but his boss will not let him get his card for that union. So right now he is doing a job with a card for a different job type When he tries to talk to them about it they give him the run around about it. Can they not let him get his card? Is their anything he can do to make them give him his letter of intent to get in the other union?

Has he contacted the union he thinks should represent him?
