actually I am not being sellfish, Iam presenting a stable plan that will offer some form of consistency . FYI father had both christmas and chrismas eve for the past three years the way the calender ran I was not able to have any phone contact with my child , so don't bark up the selfish tree with me. Also I have spoken to several families and have agreed that this has worked well for them.

Isn't it ironic when one parent insists that a child needs to stay in one place the majority of the time for "stability sake" and that place just always happens to be theirs? How would you feel if your ex insisted that the majority of the time needs to be at his home because your daughter needs stability? I bet you'd never agree to that, and yet you expect him to. It's funny how some people just assume that dad's should be content being an occasional visitor of their child.
