Hi,
I am new to this forum but have been benefiting from its content for quite a while.
These are the guidelines that Apple gives for using its trademarks: apple.com/legal/intellectual-property/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html
It says you can use Apple in the sense of "this product is compatible with Apple". It also says that "Apple" should not be more prominent than the products name.
Having read that, my question is this: can I say "Compatible with APPLE LIGHTNING DEVICES" on a display stand that holds an Apple Approved usb cable? The "Apple" part in the description is more prominent than the "Compatible with" part. The product name is not mentioned, it is just a description of the product!
Please let me know if you need more info, thanks a lot guys!
