vacation

I live in Nebraska and was employed by a national department store. When I quit, I was already scheduled to have a week's vacation. They told me that in order to get paid for that, I had to work at least one day after that. But I had already started a new job. Do I have the right to get paid for this vacation since I had been there a year and earned it?

You are entitled to the money, without working one day extra.

If they delay payment, they will also owe you interst.
