We worked for a company as the videographer for their events. We were promised various things that were never put in writing. We then promised a percentage agreement also not put in writing. During the course of our working with them they frequently broke all the agreements verbally agreed to. they refused to sign our original agreement. My question is....am I obligated to uphold my end of the verbal agreement or does their action cancel the agreement.

**A: if they changed the deal, it is a whole new ball game.
