For those of you that helped me I really appreciate the info. Now I at least know where to look and then I can properly follow the guidelines. For those of you that are into bashing me you are just plain ignorant of the situation, you dont even have all the facts. But anyways I dont take any of your words personal, apparently you are working out some kind of frustration, hope I was helpful to you.

A father's visitation with his child is not intended to be spent talking about YOU, it's about the two of them spending time together as parent and child and getting to know each other better and better. The kid isn't in your uterus anymore, cut the umbilical cord.

I think this entire thread got a bit out of hand. My perception of the whole thing is that all mom wants is reasonable telephone contact with the child.....which is as it should be, and is certainly in the best interest of the child.
