and you cant file legal separation in PA if we don't want to file for divorce right away should we still get a schedule in writing?

You can still file a custody agreement even though you aren't filing for a legal separation or divorce.

make sure that you agree to:
1. transportation issues
2. how late is acceptable
3. which holidays
4. what happens when a holidays on the other parent's weekend, etc.
5. vacation time
6. child support issues
7. medical support
8. daycare issues
9. joint legal?
10. etc.
