What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA. I had a question to ask i work for a company that is based in Raleigh's north Carolina.Can they pay there managers the same pay as they do in Raleigh's.the cost of living is much more here in ca then it is there.

Yes, they can. There is nothing in the law requiring employers to increase pay for those living in higher-cost areas. Some employers do it by choice but it is not required. No employee is entitled by law to anything more than the higher of state or Federal minimum wage, or (if exempt) $455 per week or the state floor for exempt salary (if different - in CA it is $640).
