Okay, everybody who has had an attorney tell them what they wanted to hear and didn't "deliver," raise your hands.

It sounds like you may have a better environment for your daughter than her mother does, but nothing in your posts suggests that she is UNFIT, which is what you would have to prove she is without having a significant change in circumstance.

Here is a suggestion for if you cannot become the primary custodian: I live in Colorado and my ex in Alaska....the Child Family Investigator in our case recommended that my daughter (who is 3) be with me for 3 months, with dad for 1 month, me for 3, and so on. This is only until she starts school FULL TIME, and was ordered so that her father can have a substantial relationship with her.

One thing you have to keep in mind is that my daughter LIVED WITH her father for a little over a year, so she did already have a pretty strong attachment to him. It doesn't sound to me that you have had regular (weekly) contact with her for the last 2 years or so, so I'm not sure that a judge would consider that type of arrangement, but it doesn't hurt to try.

I'm sure this isn't the advice you'd like to hear, but at least it is better than your current schedule?

*****Edited to remove a snide comment- Sorry Rmet, and Silver, and others who read it before this edit- temporary lapse in judgement*****
What did I miss?

Don't start crap, Mom -- RMET has a lot of value.

CMS -- READ about what a change of custody takes. Don't bother to take the word of everyone here [ ]. Find out for yourself what a complete waste of time and money it would be. Because, yeah, I agree with everyone else. A waste. You've got nothing but your opinion and your want. And, in case you didn't know, your opinion and your want mean nothing in law.

Make sure the custody info you are reading is Indiana. Not HI, not anywhere else. Unless, of course, your orders are somehow still in another state, which they should not be.
Thank You Silver!
I've been stepped on a lot lately:( and my computer keeps crashing everytime I visit this site for about 1 week, now, very frustraiting.

If you are not using it now, try running AdAware on your computer. Here is a link to their web site for a free download.

Thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately, I already have and used ad-aware and the latest update but the powers to be were able to corrupt my hard drive in their quest to unmask that pesky member who's ID I do not know nor am I that same person as some have suggested.

If this keeps up, they will see me in court for harassment and what it has cost me to repair my computer and other damages.

Rmet, have you approached Mr Knox? I would have to think he would most likely be in a position to welcome your inside info which you intimate that you have. Perhaps he doesn't know how to reach you. You most certainly sound like you could put an immediate end to the search for the true identity of the elusive butterfly aka IAAL. Please help these people. If in fact you have been locked out, an explanation is expected, wouldn't you think?

I am not IAAL, nor do I have any intimate knowledge of IAAL.

Please quit peserverating on your incorrect beliefs in that regard and you and your friends quit stalking IAAL and me on this and any other place where we may decide to post.

You were already banned for your stalking behavior here and understand why, despite your repeated violations of the TOS and unwarranted attacks why admin has not only allowed you to remain but encouraged your continued inappropriate behavior, it has not gone unnoticed.

As for Mr. Knox, he can tell his clients to cease and desist from hacking into my or anyone else's computer systems in their quest to learn who IAAL is, this is a violation of their duty as officers of the court and violations of both state and federal laws of which they would or should have knowledge thereof and for which ignorance is no defense.

Funny it should follow from computer to computer and only when logged onto this site and not as a guest? Why should I incur costs and my computer be damaged based on someone's false belief that I know someone's identity? That is evidence of parinoia but not mine.

Rmet, you can't be "followed" from computer to computer. Well, you can in the way of an IP address. But even then, an IP address can't always give exact specifics, depending on the network (i.e. AOL, library, etc). I can't see the Web people of a site like this releasing a virus to yours -- or anyone's computer. General public can also access IP tracers and the such, as well -- the same owners of websites like this can and do. The most they can really do is start banning Ip addresses, which again, isn't always the best thing because if you ban an IP address that goes to AOL or a library (or a network as widespread), then anyone who tries to access and/or log in the site will be blocked. I know how alot of this stuff works because I moderator a couple of boards related to my profession.

Turn left to leave the "Twilight Zone". :)

The worst they could do is place a tracking cookie onto your computer when you log in which is NOT illegal to do. Web sites do it all the time. Have you tried Window Washer or try logging in under a ghost IP. I would have to assume that IAAL did this as he/she was able to circumvent the system all the time.

Now they also could have flagged your name in the system so that everytime you try to log in it boots you off.

Do you have a good antivirus program and if so why has it not detected something if this site has hacked your computer?

The odds of them actually hacking your computer is slim and none. The odds of them possibly putting a trojan horse or a tracking cookie is a little better however all of these programs would get rid of any of those and can be downloaded for free at filehippo.com

1. Ccleaner

2. spybot search and destroy

3. Window washer-paid program after trial offer but very good and worth it.

4. Also try ad/remove pro which will get rid of any fragments left over form previously downloaded programs.
