Advice: Lose the "knight in shining" complex you have developed

I just stuck up for the girl that did.
That part is not helpful to your defense.

That conduct is what they are alleging is disorderly.

You got yourself roped into this being a hero to some stumbly drunk girl. You might have known how drunk (or not) you were, but you don't know how drunk SHE was.

I mean it is not like the store personnel were assaulting her. There were asking for contact information because she had FUBAR'd the store.

Also, to people who are experienced in law enforcement "3 drinks" and "About 3 drinks" are as different as night and day. Have some certainty about how much alcohol you consumed or else you are saying you drank so much you don't remember.
