I'm not sure where you are getting that gist. Your situation is not a matter of public interest. It is not even close to being a matter of public interest.

You certainly have a right to tell your story but that right has limitations. If you are determined to proceed with your plan you should consult an attorney so that you fully understand the risks involved.
