Thank you a lot this means a lot to me. I have never been good at dealing with a situation like this and ill try the approach you mentioned.

Thanks for the help everyone and I appreciate any input u had.

The final question for now should I get my parents involved? My mom already knows everything, and she is “on my side”. I’m not sure if this will make the office take me seriously if she is involved or become more defensive.

It would be a good idea to have your Mom involved, you could mention that you have discussed this situation with your Mom, and that you have her support.If you can't take care of this the "nice way", I would most definately get your Mom involved. Good luck, let me know how it turns out, Lori
