I can't believe you guys are criticizing her for trying to support her family by working. Do you realize how expensive it is to raise children as a single parent? It seems to me that she has tried to do her best and that maybe if the dad was so concerned for his child, he would pay his child support with his drug money!
She is violating the custody agreement. Period. She has legal recourse for his violation, per court action, and so doesn't he. His violation doesn't excuse her depriving her child the right to speak his father, especially when the answer to her "dilemma" is so incredibly simple.

This is a legal site. We provide legally based responses. In court the OP would be SLAMMED for not facilitating the parental relationship. Please educate yourself before admonishing EDUCATED members of this forum.

who on earth slammed mom for working??? no one here gives a rat's rear end if mom is working or not. we have a problem with the child being denied the ability to have contact with dad. all mom has to do is make sure dad can call the sitter. it's TOO easy. saying "no" is just stupid on mom's part.
