What is the name of your state? California

My now ex-Skeez's lawyer was ordered to complete an Order After Hearing and submit it to Lil'O Me for approval. The hearing was on 9/11/07 and I have yet to receive anything from Mr Lawyer (although I have received my 1st SS check from Skeez)
Should I contact Mr Lawyer or give him some more time?
