I live in Easton. I have physically gone to the station before- cops said that didn't prove that I was at her residence at pick-up time, therefore I had nothing. I was told by the secretary/ desk clerk (?) that she would file it but I can't say for sure that it was. I admit I haven't tried pursuing it further than that (ie insisting to speak with the higher ups)
That doesn't do any good - it's no wonder they won't do anything.

The police have to actually come to the house to see for themselves that she is not at the pickup point.

OR, you could have a credible witness with you when you go to the pickup point to testify if ex isn't there.

I went to the station after they would not come out when I called them.

I have another question- is there a procedure I don't know for properly getting to use witnesses? My wife is a witness, but last contempt hearing they told her stay outside even after I said she was a witness to testify. Credible meaning it has to be someone with authority?

I'd still like to know if I can bring this past weekend to the court's attention or do I still have nothing until the next time it happens?

It should be someone who is not a party to the matter or who does not have a relationship with you that would bias their testimony. That's why the police are good witnesses. Or you could use a neighbor or coworker.

Did you submit a pretrial statement?

Did you submit a pretrial statement?
A pre-trial statement for the latest incident or a pre-trial statement for the last contempt hearing about having my wife testify?

I haven't gone to file contempt again yet...I'd like to be better prepared this time.

I'm unclear on exactly what a pretrial statement is. There was paperwork I was instructed to complete by the pro bono office asking why I was filing contempt, what I was asking the court to do etc. I did list in that about my wife being a witness.

Your wife or your parents/siblings are simply not very good witnesses for you. They are going to be expected to be biased. You really need someone a little more objective.

If this is a common problem with the ex, then the next time around you might want to consider asking the judge to order that exchanges take place at a neutral, public location. That way you would either have witnesses, or could buy something to prove that you were there at pickup time. (ie having a time/date stamped receipt)
