What??Yep, it could have. Darn those two year olds getting in to everything. I'm SURE that you offered to help clean the place up just as soon as you found out about it, right?

YOU need to participate in the household chores, etc. You lay it all at your wife's feet and I'm sure she's feeling completely overwhelmed. What??
That was my question. There is no reason for our 22 month old to have access to the screwdriver. All of our tools is on the top shelf in a closet in a tool box in our bedroom that the kids cannot reach. Not sure if she had it out and forgot about it?? Never got an answer. I understand mistakes happen and kids will find a way to get into any and everything. The TV that got damaged was in our office which we usually watch movies and games with kids and door is usually locked. Why did your 22 month old have access to a screwdriver? Does your wife routinely use screwdriver's? I can understand you blaming her if she got the screwdriver out of its secured spot and then left it lying around for the 22 month old to pick up. Did she do that?
You need to learn how to read. I stated I do the majority of the cooking and clean up everyday after I come home from work.YOU need to participate in the household chores, etc. You lay it all at your wife's feet and I'm sure she's feeling completely overwhelmed.
How do you know it's usually locked? You're gone all day leaving mom shut in to deal with the kids all on her own. That was my question. No excuse to be leaving dirty diapers in every room on the floor. Its too exhausting to go a few feet to the trashcan. You need to learn how to read. I stated I do the majority of the cooking and clean up everyday after I come home from work.
There was no chance that you got it out of the tool box off the closet shelf and forgot to put it back? That was my question. There is no reason for our 22 month old to have access to the screwdriver. It's supposed to be locked unless one of the parents are in the room with the kids. How do you know it's usually locked? You're gone all day leaving mom shut in to deal with the kids all on her own.
Who says? It's supposed to be locked unless one of the parents are in the room with the kids.
For the past few weeks I would have had zero reason to use any tools. There was no chance that you got it out of the tool box off the closet shelf and forgot to put it back?
Thus you are neglectful. YOU were with your wife last year. And he missed 40 years. You are coming across as abusive and pathetic the more you post. I have read it all. I as an attorney can see how you are emotionally and mentally abusive. Let's start with you blaming her for absences even though you were there.....No violence what so ever. She didn't strike me either, just pretty much just didn't care about the issue. I did raise my voice to her as I was angry. Not sure too many would be happy in my case. I've been as clear as I can be on a forum. So a lot of this is misconstrued. When I state I work a lot does not mean I can't be troubled with the kids. I cook, clean, help with homework, play and do my best to help everyone in the household. So yes, my kids are my world and I'm doing everything I can possibly do for them.
Just an update as well... Called the school to see if my oldest was there as I was supposed to pick him up per Wife and her mother. They didn't take him and found out he missed almost 40 days last year. That is something I counted on my wife for and 40 is unacceptable. Never heard anything about this from the school as they only contact her when he misses a school day even though they have all of my information as well. So another day missed and still no contact since agreeing to terms last evening.
While it isn't, it is also not acceptable that you are not aware of it. Most schools that I am aware of (admittedly not in WV) have online portals that allow you to check attendance, grades, etc.So I guess it's cool for her to hide the fact that my oldest missed 40 days of school.
Oh, c'mon...I mean, it's not his job to do it. That wifey's job - why should he worry about it?Thus you are neglectful. YOU were with your wife last year. And he missed 40 years. It was her idea as this is not the first tv to get damaged. I agreed as it made sense. Its not like a heavy duty house lock, just a basic bedroom door lock. The key stays at the house btw. So as long as there is a parent the kids can play games or watch tv in that room. Kids also have their own tv in their playroom. Also have one in the living room.Who says?
