What to do about incorrect information on ticket

The other day I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker. The inspection sticker for my car expired in December 2017. Totally forgot about it, my bad. Anyways, I had no problem with pleading guilty but I noticed the officer wrote on My ticket that my inspection sticker expired 6/17 instead of 12/17. I’ve never have gotten a ticket before and not exactly sure what happens if they put the wrong information on it. I not sure if my ticket cost would increase because of the date he had written on it. Should I take the ticket in to the sheriffs office and have it fixed or is this grounds to get it dismissed?

"Get it fixed"??? There is no such thing. Just how did you plan on getting it fixed?

This is not a correctable offense. It doesn't matter when it expired, if it's beyond 60 days then the penalties are all the same. The actual date of expiration is not relevant here.
