:) thank you, you all have been very helpful, I do not like problems of any kind i would have much preferred to just pay the rent and find a place to move, instead of suing landlord. i wish the landlady would have just let me do what i needed to do (save money agian) then move, with out the treatning letters / phone calles. i beleive it to be unfair what she did, by telling me all was ok and not to worry anymore and taking the rent. then changing her mind 6 days later. I meen i had to money to move out. could have found a place in 30 days then. Oh well thank you all.

 ok - 1. I was told that i should file against my landlord first, stating that they did not follow the right procedures of the lease termination. Can I do this and how do i do this?
2. Can I request in this complaint a portion of the rent for each month they did not make the repairs? 3. Can I request in this complaint money that I (on my own with out the landlords permission) for the cost of the supplies I bought for repairs that I made? 4. Can I request in the same complaint for damages to my property because of items that were destroyed or damages from the water soaked ceiling falling on me and my stuff in the middle of the night. 5. If so how do I calculate a $ amount. Is it a percentage of what it is worth? I mean for a 5-year-old mattress that was constantly being water soaked when it rained I cannot claim the full price can I. 6. The property has a property management do I file the complaint against them, or the owner or both.
Last. The primary leaseholder is my husband we separated a couple of months after I moved in - and the landlord new it. Still everything even the letters that the landlord sends are in his name. Do I need him to file this complaint or can I do it?
 HELP can anyone answer these questions. i have called legal aid they can not help me until after tuesday of next week, i have called harrisburg, legal refferal services, this is the only place i have been able to get any help. My landlady states that she is going to lock me out of my house on sunday. i have 3 new places to look at on monday and i have almost half the money to move. what can i do.

You tell the Landlord it's illegal to just lock you out . Tell her you will call the police if she does , and you have contacted an Attorney .

If the landlord locks you out call the police and insist they let you back in .

If you are home the Landlord can not force you out physically and change the locks . Again if anyone attempts it call the police.

Then follow up with the Lawyer .
