I said DAD and MOM disciplne child..... and like I said how the hell does that make sense for a legal stranger to hit a child that's not theirs yet they have no leg to stand on in court because as you all say the legal stranger has nothing to do with the child that's not biologically their......Ohiogal, you dont scare nor intimidate me in the least

DAD has a right to give stepmom or any caregiver permission to spank during HIS parenting time.

YOU have a right to seek a court order preventing third parties from spanking.

Most people here feel it’s crappy for a step to spank, but that doesn’t make it illegal not matter how much you wish it were so.

I’m guessing, since stepmom told you herself that she had spanked that it was an isolated incident anyway.

Are you always this slow and have this much trouble with basic comprehension? One more time -- with feeling -- YOU AND DAD both have the right to grant permission to third parties to discipline YOUR child. You each have that equal right.

I think we must use words with just one part so that she can get it. Do you know what I mean, G? She does not want to get it since she is mom and dad is not mom then dad can not tell child child is wrong if mom does not say child is wrong. And yes child is a one part word though it sounds like two so she might have a bit of a hard time to get it.

Maybe the words have more impact when there are more people trying to say the same thing in different manners.

I'm realizing that she does have the golden uterus, but still ...

yes bloopy it was an isolated incident , yet dad said he allowed it. Dad is at work when stepmom has our child
