What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

I signed up and used a credit card when I lived in NV. I settled with a collection agency when I moved to CO. I am still in CO and the credit card company is suing me for the remaining balance.

SO to claim that the statute of limitations expired, do I use NV or CO laws?

How long did you live in NV after you defaulted?

The SOL will never expire until you return to NV for the duration of the SOL.
