Hi, does anyone know if I can still sue for injuries after almost 3 years? I was a passenger in an auto accident. A kid with a suspended drivers license caused a 4 car accident. All other cars involved were friends of his. My mom's auto insurance (she was driving) paid for physical therapy and chiropractic care for a few months. I am still in pain EVERY day. I have been paying out of my own pocket for a chiro. I need more than chiro, but I am broke. I just want to get better again. Is there still hope? What, if anything, can I do now? Thanks to all who reply.
