My husband and I had a debate the other day because I took a new job and put my parents as my sole beficiaries. I did this because if something were to happen to me, I would not want his kids and especially his ex to be entitled to anything. If I did change him to be A beneficiary would HIS kids ever be entitled to any of that money?

If you die, he gets the money.. if once he gets that money he can decide to do whatever he wants with it.. he may also have a will setup where his kids get the money if he dies.. so, if you die and then 40 days later, he dies, his kids will get your money if he has not spent it or the estate is not in debt.
