There wasn't even any blood drawn in that situation. How can that support your position?

Until there is such a case where blood was forcibly drawn and contested, you cannot refute my claim that the law does not allow for blood to be forcibly drawn due to the limitations provided within sec. 3802.

I hope you realize I am not saying you are neccessarily wrong, merely, as of yet, unable to prove me wrong either.:)
