As a newbie, he may not recognize what's behind your post.Congrats on becoming a father again. Are you suing for custody of the child your wife is carrying? Are you suing for child support? Are you prepared to pay child support?
Since they are still married, they will not get a divorce until after the child is born. He will be considered the legal father of the child with all the rights and responsibilities that entails - until he disestablishes paternity through the court.
He really needs an attorney to make sure that is all done properly - or he could end up supporting someone else's child for 18 years.
