Is it legal to put your living trust or will on video? A recent Nissan commercial got me thinking about this.

I was just curious if it was legal and if it was does an attorney or a notary need to be present during the filming of it?

Each state has different policies about video wills--some states allow it, others do not. You need to be consulting with a local probate attorney about this if you are interested in pursuing it.
