Thank you for the latest update.Thought I would give an update. They finally came by and replaced the windows the end of January. It only took them a year haha. The bad news is I found at least one more window that needs to be warrantied. I will wait a couple months so I can check all my windows for problems and see how they respond to another request.
I am happy that the company finally replaced your windows and that most of the windows seem to be problem-free so far. Fingers crossed for you that it is no more than a single window that needs additional attention.
