Because both you and the woman engaged in a dispute in public and you used foul language, you potentially could be charged with disorderly conduct.

Depending on what stories were told by the mother and daughter and any witnesses, there could be additional charges.

I suggest you wait to see what you receive in the mail, contact an attorney in your area for advice, and appear in court at the scheduled time. Do not miss the hearing.
