What is the name of your state? ca
i went to court today and even though i had really good evidence the judge never really looked at it. he told us he need more time and would give us the ruling in the mail. i was anxious so i looked on the internet and found out of 7500 he awarded me 1000. i am soooooo upset. can i refile the claim?
