Okay.
So I got what I was supposed to get done on Monday - and the Claims Adjuster called me back (Finally) this morning, and re-took all of the information.
She then told me to call her back when I planned on dropping off the car at the body shop so she could send someone to look at it and check out the shop's estimate.
So... I'm supposed to pay to fix my car right now, and they're planning on paying me back, or what? I tried to get her to clarify on the telephone, but she kind of brushed me off and just kept saying to call her and let her know when I planned on taking it in, and then hung up. I called back and left a message but no return call yet. I don't understand why she couldn't just give me an answer in the first place.
So can someone maybe give me some kind of idea as to what I'm supposed to do now? I JUST paid for this car a few days before Christmas in cash, not to mention Christmas. I don't have $800 to fix my car right now, and why the heck should I have to pay it anyway? I'm not the one who hit my car in the parking lot!
