Ya gotta love it. BofA tried to foreclose on a couple that never even had a mortgage on their home. Bank lost and was ordered to pay attorney fees. After 5 months BofA still refused to pay up so the couples lawyer and some Sheriff's deputies showed up at the bank to seize assets of the bank to collect on the judgment.
