Youtube and minors

I know this has nothing to do with the legal question asked..but what is a 9 year old doing on utube? has anyone seen the content on it lately?

A nine year old kid is on YouTube because his caring, concerned mom probably submitted the video. That is why I told Sequence he could probably divert some of the blame to her, if she ever took the whole matter to court.
