Can I start an at home business where it is zoned agricultural? There will be no customer traffic. I plan on opening a screen printing business from my home and need a business address.

I wouldn't have a clue since I don't know where you live or have had the opportunity to review the legal zoning language in your area. Also, it seems that your business is likely to produce possible environmental contaminants so that may be enough to prohibit you from opening the business at your home. However, you really should be speaking to the city business development office about this idea.
