Jim,

Carl explained what you can do the next time you see an officer speeding without lights. Head on down to the precinct and file a civilian complaint against him and let the DA prosecute.

Just be sure to stop back here afterward and let us know how that worked out for you.

I find it sickening how people seem to always ... about the police until they need one. And officers have no discretion on who they can help. Unfortunately they have to help all. Some may want to remember that.That's my 2 cents any way. Sorry
