My impression was that Tom has hit a stone wall.

But I suppose another two weeks wouldn't hurt.

I am sure Tom is anxious to have the erroneous information removed from his report but I think waiting a bit longer can be smart. The current status of a disputed entry can be checked on the Experian website.
