My mother received a rude and disgusting note with flowers from a national flower delivery corporation. It was her 86th birthday and she lives alone. She received a note that was mocking, refered to race and ended with the N-word. This is an inordinately sweet and nice lady who must have been even more confused than shocked and filled with negative emotions on her birthday and all alone with no one to explain or mitigate the impact. What is the remedy FROM the corporation TO the abused recipient? She was not their customer and ordered NOTHING from this corporation. She was an innocent who was compelled to take delivery of an extremely disturbing note. Does this make the national media? Does it make the state regulatory agency? How about the Congressman? Does it go to the local TV station consumer reporter? Is it remedied and kept quiet? To what degree$$
