Thats right...CBG has been erroneously posting that she is from Mass for years now, waiting for the day she could "pull the wool" over on you!!

BTW...I am in Worcester County...Not that it matters. Mass law is Mass law! Find the Mass Statutes or case law to back up what you are saying. If you can't, then go away!

I don't know of a Mass Statute that tells the judges to be bias against fathers. Judges in some counties are much worse than others, so yes it does matter.

If you want to find out about all the lies I have been telling you, why don't you go on the fatherhood coalition site. Argue with them and call them liars!

Except in CT, where even unmarried couples are presumed to have joint custody.

The rest of it... it's all the fault of that pesky ol Constitution.
Darn that constitution!!!!!! :D

To the residents of CT.... I stand corrected. Thanks CJane. :)

Sorry to call you wrong again, but after a post is made, there is an automatic posting, "What state are you from" Why its impt is so that the person asking the question will know whether you are from the same state or elsewhere, where you probably don't know the laws of that person's state. Case in point; this whole thread!
Oh really???

You are an idiot.

Yes, I'm in MA. Plymouth County if it matters. Marshfield to be specific. What else do you want to know? Been in MA since 1983.

You have come on to this LEGAL site and posted that NO MAN IN MASSACHUSETTS HAS OR WILL BE GIVEN PRIMARY CUSTODY...Proove it!! So far two Sr. Member that flippin' LIVE in Massachusetts have told you that is wrong. You have called me a lier and doubted that cbg, who has posted on here for many years as a HR Expert in MASSACHUSETTS, is in fact, from this state. I know a bunch of guys that have PC or Joint of their children...and CBG's hubby has PC of his children...So what you are saying s NOT true. Now, either back up what you are saying, or I shall report your posts to Admin and you will be banned for posting crap on this site!

I know, along with everyone else you freak out on. You sound so inteligent, you must work in a Massachusetts court.
You are completely and totally out of line. However, I suspect that has to do with you getting yourself mixed up with that father's rights coalition. Those groups tend to turn the most rational people into ranting radicals.

Mothers tend to end up with primary custody more often than fathers, for the simple reason that even in this day and age, mothers tend to be the primary caregivers. When there is a dad that has been the primary caregiver, dad is often the one winning primary custody.

Also, sole custody is rare. That happens only when a parent has been disinterested or when there are real problems. Any normal dad is going to get joint legal (joint decision making) if the dad asks for that.

No, I actually do not work in the court system. But I am intelligent! And I do know how to admit I am wrong! You have neither of these qualities! You want to promote some militant agenda...Well it will not happen on this forum!

You can take your paranoid, delusional "facts" someplace else!

Oh I did huh? Show me the quote where I said that. When you freak out, you get your facts mixed up.. Geez I remember I wrote about the ONE father I know of who did get custody. Where have you been? I already told you where to go to find out about what I am saying. That site backs up everything I say and more!

You are wrong. There is no automatic question asking what state you are from. ONLY IF YOU START A THREAD! Good grief, you need to sit back and learn and post FACTS not assumptions with no basis in reality.

Has the *Special Pat* even posted a statute? Bush and him should attempt to talk about this issue.

It would be a great Saturday Night Live Episode for sure.
