Is it true that the no child left behind act has a law that says that divorced parents must take children to sports events on the other parents time? My ex sent me an email with this in it; "Per the No Child left behid law you are obligated as a parent to let items flow freely between houses." She has referenced this "law" several times and yet I cannot find anything relating to child custody and visitation in the "No child left behind act." I do take our children to sporting events, though I do not like having a bunch of toys come with them because I already have a ton of toys here. Every time something gets lost that came from the ex's, she gets very upset. To avoid that, I try to buy similar toys for them for my house. Can anyone tell me where to find this information?
