Misrepresented goods purchased online: what are my rights.

I bought a dress online. The seller claimed that it was in perfect condition,but when it arrived, I found that it had a stain and some missing beads.

It will cost about $700 to fix. I already paid her the full amount - $1800.

What rights do I have? She claims I already got a good deal on the dress so she is not going to give me my money back or a price reduction for the cost to fix it.

We are not in the same state.

They said they are unable to address an individual situation that does not affect parties beyond the two directly involved - which my case is.

How do I go about suing them? What type of lawyer do I need exactly? Does my case have merit given it was purchased over the internet?
