I believe they have it memorized!!!
Doesn't everyone?

Here's one...

KEEP COPIES of your court orders, past and present. Keep one in a safe place where it will never ever be lost/damaged.

Keep one in your car so it's handy at drop-off and pick-up.

Make sure the school/church/doctor/etc has one on file. When it's modified, update everyone.

Keep one in your drawer at work so you can fax it anywhere/everywhere it may need to go.

Get to know the clerks at the courthouse by name. Be nice to them.

Call ahead when you want a copy of something from your court file.

Leave voice mail.

Memorize your case number.

Parents have a constitutional right to be bad parents. Just because you disagree doesn't mean they are unfit. And the parent will have superior rights to the grandparent, neighbor, third cousin or anyone else who believes they can raise the child better.

LOL @ this one!! So true. My vistation etc alone is approx 3-4 pages with explicit detail. My ex and his wife are the king and queen of quoting it too. I believe they have it memorized!!! Seriously!! We had everything addressed in that darn thing!
Visitation plans are the minimum -- meaning what is in it is what goes however if you get to be good friends with the ex you can deviate from them when the TWO of you agree to do so.

Working together benefits the child.

Don't criticize your ex because after all you liked him/her enough to screw them.

Ya know, OG, you don't have to LIKE someone to have sex with them.

Just sayin. :p
Yeah but you had to like them ENOUGH TO rub privates :p;)with them. Didn't say you had to like them but just that you had to like them ENOUGH. Also notice I did not say "make love". Because that would be incorrect as well.

Ewwwww!!!!!!

;)
See, I was more grossed out by the 'make love' part...

and it made this song go through my head...

When you make love, do you look in the mirror?
Who do you think of, does he look like me?
Do you tell lies and say that it's forever?
Do you think twice, or just touch 'n' see?
Ooh babe ooh yeah

When you're alone, do you let go?
Are you wild 'n' willin' or is it just for show?
Ooh c'mon
Sometimes I hate being a child of the 80's.

Which is why Friday is suck up day!

Here's a question...

How come so many people say "I have a beautiful daughter/son..." do they think we won't help them if they admit their child is ugly?

And for the record, your child is NOT your 'whole world', your 'life' or 'the only thing that matters' to you. If any of those things are ACTUALLY true, I recommend counseling and LOTS of time w/the other parent for the kid.
aaaaawwwww Man! I sucked up a day early?! :p

Oh~ And I understand what you are saying about everyone gushing about how adorable their child is...but ya know SOME OF US really, actually have GORGEOUS children :D

Most of us do. Very few of the new posters do. It's a fact, because I said so! :p

True story:

I was terrified when I was pregnant w/Twain that my family had used up all of our luck w/beautiful/non-deformed children and that I was going to be the one to get the 'leftover' genes. Seriously. I had nightmares about it.
