that still doesn;t answer the question. Are you on some sort of drugs by chance? You never answered the questions asked of you either.

whatever you say. Smart people have insurance.>You do not need to own a home to have liability insurance.
She didn't ask me if I had liablity ins. Most people who don't own homes don't have it either.
OH NO!!! I've been rebuked.>and since you seem to have such disrespect for those offering you any advice (for free I remind you),
And my rebuke of your arrogance is free too!
Oh well, too bad, so sad. It's not me being sued so have fun with this judgment following you for the next 20 years.>I suspect your help fromthis point on will be quite limited.

You are the one being presumptuous. You want answers but presume we know the details needed to answer those questions.Listen, you senior members seem to be a pretty grumpy, prying lot. Your comments seem presumptuous and arrogant. Treat new folks with a modicum of respect, or ignore them. You all act as if newbie posters come here to irritate you, intruding on your space.
Just FYI... I think renter's insurance for $300k would be a bit more. Mine is $25k and it's $14/month.Senior member simply means that I talk a lot.
However, considering that this is what I do for a living, I can easily answer your questions if you can answer mine. For some reason, that seems too much to ask.
In any case, a renter's insurance policy for $300k shouldn't cost you more than $10 or $15 each month. It is certainly a lot cheaper than $275k, don't ya think?
$300k is the liability amount, not the personal property amount. You're talking about personal property. I'm talking about liability - which is the subject of this thread.Just FYI... I think renter's insurance for $300k would be a bit more. Mine is $25k and it's $14/month.
So worth the peace of mind though.
