Did it ever occur to anyone that people who are in distress may not have the best attention span or even attention to detail while in that state? Everyone, even the most attentive, smart, knows their sh*t, legal eagle brains of the world have moments of distress where they may not be at the top of their game. It doesn't make them an idiot or attention deficit. It makes them human. And for anyone to verbally attack someone that is already in a fragile state of mind is just unnecessary.

Also, a wise person once said that those with intelligence and class need not alienate others by making them feel inferior or less intelligent. Those with intelligence realize that they, too, were once less learned. Those with class exhibit said class by doing the classy thing...putting others at ease.

Arrogance is not a by product of class or intelligence. In fact, it is a by product of the quite the opposite.
As a matter of fact, a person of class is elegant enough to always put others at ease with themselves and others.
And by definition alone, intelligence would suggest enough brain power to acknowledge our own weaknesses...which, until they are rectified, leave us with no right to condemn others for their weaknesses. OH...and by the way...that would be the christian attitude as well!

I'm embarrassed for the unkind participants in this conversation. Embarrassment being warranted since the unkind, unforgiving participation in such harsh, mean-spirited banter suggests arrogance far too out of control to allow for self-recognition of their own wrong doing.

Good luck with the money thing. I am not a lawyer. I am a doctor of psychology and behavioral patterns. Law, unfortunately, is not my area. Or I would help in a moments flash!
God Bless You.
