Pardon me, but she attacked my credentials of which she knows nothing and instead of asking me what they were, posted that I know nothing on the topic, restated what I sad and then started bragging about her experience with employment law. The funny part is her advice was the same and I said it first...

It is nothing personal, but the posts speak for themselves... she might very well be very knowledgeable of employment law, I didn't know before last night, but she did not display that knowledge here very well, all she did was brag and attack me...

No...She didn't. She cautioned OP to NOT word her letter in the manner you stated. Any of us would have done the same. The way you worded your "advice" was obnoxious and would surely lead OP to a quick termination.

You claim to have a law degree and special experience in law. You will need to prove that with Admin.

You need to be careful on how you word things on a legal forum. You didn't qualify your post to alert OP to NOT use your wording...So if cbg didn't qualify your post, OP may have indeed used that obnoxious phrasing. You were totally out of line with your behavior here and owe cbg and HUGE apology.

And since you claim to have education in law, and therefor expect to be "listened" to more closely by an OP, you will need to back that up with Admin. Just like any other member claiming the same qualities.
