What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
I am heading to trial tomorrow without a lawyer, I could not afford to pay her anymore $. How do admit evidence such as audio tapes and documents?

How long have you known you weren't appearing with an attorney?

It's a bit late to even try to come up the learning curve on rules of evidence.

All you can do at this point is to bring up your evidence in court at your first opportunity, and pray the attorney does not object, which is not likely to happen. If you cannot properly respond to any objections, then the court may not allow your evidence to be introduced at trial.
