Can you hire a PI to trail your son on a visit? The PI could call the cops if wifey and pops are near your child. And it keeps you out of the line of fire and gives you a 3rd party witness for family court -- plus police reports.

And if that is the case then Dawn does NOT let the child go AND Dawn calls the police and has the violent llama arrested.

I would have dad tailed by a PI to gather incriminating evidence. I have little doubt that dad will allow wife and grandpa to violate their TROs. With that evidence, I would go back to court. Basically, give 'em enough rope to hang themselves.

I'm sure dad did not go to court because he was not allowed by wife. She surely would not allow him around dawn without her around, so I will be very surprised to hear if dad actually showed up for the exchange without wife. My son's dad will not visit him because it's supervised and wife is not allowed there. They remind me soooo much of each other, but I have to admit, Dawn's X and new wife are much worse than my X and his.

I second, third and fourth a PI.. Who cares if she wants you to see her once you nail her for good she wont be smiling!

Dawn, if you can swing it, the PI sounds like a good idea (OG didn't nix it!)

I predict that one of the following will happen:

1) Wifey is too scared of going to jail to defy the RO. Dad will show up for a few visits just to "show you" you're not going to keep him from son, but tire of wifey nagging him and flake out.

2) Wifey will behave for a while, until she thinks it's "safe" to try and sneak around the RO, and hopefully get her crazy rear end thrown in the clink!

And there's ALWAYS the hope that dad will grow up and learn to parent his child at least halfway decently, if not well, and maybe even reclaim his private parts and kick crazy wife to the curb!
